I set up Stalemate Ltd to use everything I know from these careers to help teams see their work through the eyes of their inner 5 year old creative genius.

I use play and metaphor as the vehicles for this in group workshops and programmes for improvement. The most widely known method I use is Lego Serious Play, along with my own methods.

But the purpose of Stalemate's work is not fun… I use hard-earned professional knowledge and tested practical skills to implement serious things for your serious purpose.

And when I've gone you'll be left with the tools to implement, measure and tweak the progress, all by yourself.
