Join us as we soak in the history and look to the future, with an evening of networking at Auckland Castle, one of the UK’s most important historical buildings. Since the days of the Norman Conquest in the 11th Century, Auckland Castle has been a seat of power.
For almost 900 years, it has been the palace of the Prince Bishops of Durham and although the site where Auckland Castle now stands has seen numerous changes, few will have been as far reaching and visionary as those which are set to take place in the 21st Century, with major restorations beginning in September 2016.
This is such an exciting time for the castle which is also the backdrop to Kynren the UK’s most spectacular open-air live action night show since the opening of the London 2012 Olympics, opening the week before our visit! The evening will end with a networking buffet in the Library Tea Room.
