Andy Collins is a tutor, trainer and PR consultant with many years’ experience in Communications for businesses and individuals. He helps people of all ages improve their speaking, writing and presentational skills both by one-to-one tuition and by training in groups, and advises businesses on improving their staff’s communication abilities.
The Profound Group is primarily a specialist training provider that has been awarded with ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ Ofsted grades across its specialist businesses with an exemplary record of providing consultancy services to help businesses, large and small, make the most of the opportunities presented by the Apprenticeship Levy.
The Profound Group also includes Protech City, which is a Microsoft Registered IT asset Retirement Facility, providing bespoke and environmentally sustainable services for organisations across public and private sectors who require secure IT disposal and recycling services. Protech then endeavours to “make technology accessible to all” by providing the community professionally refurbishment equipment at discount prices.

Artistry in Leadership was set up in 2015 with a primary goal of supporting organisations and individuals to improve their performance and effectiveness. The way this is done depends on the nature of the task, and could include coaching for individuals and teams, workshop facilitation, or critical skills development through mentoring. The Company Director is in the top 17% of coaches in the U.K. with over 20 years’ experience of coaching and mentoring. She is also in the top few holding both a professional Doctorate and a coaching qualification.
